Driven by the desire to explore, I moved to Bristol four years ago with the intent to learn English and gain some life and work experience. I love multicultural environments; coming from a little, provincial town I was amazed by the diversity of people and the various activities and initiatives taking place in the city. I have progressed into a range of different jobs, meeting people from all around the world. At the time I was not able to speak English and pushing myself to work in situations where communication was fundamental led me to improve my language skills as well as my adaptability, self-motivation, and self-awareness. Throughout my education, I have had a love of innovative ideas. By studying in an artistic high school (Liceo Artistico Duccio Di Buoninsegna, Siena, Italy) I learned to express my creativity. My current studies have allowed me to better understand the business side of design, and to learn to recognize my skills and to apply them to the market. I have acquired new communication skills and improved my knowledge of legislation and business planning. I am currently studying a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design at the University of the West of England, where I am strengthening my knowledge through modules including Professional practices, Extended Studies, and Visual Culture, linking together theoretical and practical activities. I am a creative person, curious and passionate about design, I am motivated to learn new things, to experiment, and to challenge myself.
